FT or PT General Dentist - Allentown, PA - $25K Sign On - FFS/PPO What We Offer: Competitive Salary/Benefits FFS/PPO Office – No DMO or Medicaid Up to $25k sign on bonus 3 - 5 Day Flexible Work Week Compensation includes a daily minimum, monthly collection bonus, malpractice insurance reimbursements and CE reimbursements Medical, dental and vision benefits available for full time employment Office Hours: Mon - Th 8 - 6 & Fri 8 -1 Qualifications DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school Active dental license in the state of Michigan Commitment to high-quality patient care and professional ethics Strong communication and interpersonal skills What You’ll Do: Perform comprehensive dental exams, cleanings, and preventative care Diagnose and treat oral health issues, including cavities, infections, and gum disease Complete restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, and dentures Conduct extractions and other minor oral surgeries as needed Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the dental team Maintain accurate patient records and uphold the highest standards of care and safety About Us For over 25 years, our Allentown dental team has been proud to provide exceptional, full-service care to patients of all ages, starting as young as three.
