Full-Time Orthodontic Assistant – Join Our Fun, Fast-Paced Team! Our Orthodontic office is looking for a full-time assistant who is upbeat, reliable, and ready to jump in and make a difference! We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well with others, and can provide exceptional care to our patients from the chair to the front desk. What We’re Looking For: -Confident and experienced in chairside assisting (must be able to manage a chair independently) -Skilled in making essix retainers -Able to answer phones clearly, confidently, and kindly -Takes great notes and communicates clearly with the team -Excellent time management and able to stay on schedule throughout the day -Always shows up with a great attitude and team-first mindset -Honest, dependable, and takes pride in their work -Shows up on time and ready to go every day Requirements: -Previous experience in orthodontics or dental assisting is required -Must be comfortable working independently in a clinical setting -Strong communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills -Positive, proactive, and professional!
