Our team is committed to providing the highest standard of service, and we’re looking for a dedicated Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our growing dental family. FLEXIBILITY TO TRAVEL BETWEEN OUR OFFICES REQUIRED. AT LEAST 1 YEAR IN THE DENTAL FIELD REQUIRED. Job Summary: The Treatment Plan Coordinator serves as the bridge between clinical recommendations and patient acceptance. You’ll play a key role in educating patients on proposed dental treatments, explaining financial options, and ensuring seamless scheduling and follow-up care. Responsibilities: Review and present treatment plans created by the dentist to patients. Clearly explain procedures, timelines, and associated costs. Discuss insurance coverage and out-of-pocket expenses. Offer financing options and assist with payment arrangements. Coordinate appointments to support optimal treatment scheduling. Maintain accurate patient records and follow up on pending treatments. Work closely with front office and clinical teams to ensure a smooth workflow. Deliver outstanding customer service and support throughout the patient journey. Qualifications: Previous dental office experience preferred (especially in treatment planning or insurance coordination). Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance billing. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with dental practice software (Open Dental). Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
