South Plains Rural Health Services is seeking a dedicated Staff Dentist to join our team in Levelland, Texas. This is a full-time role providing comprehensive dental care to a diverse patient population in a community health setting. What you'll do: Deliver general dental care: exams, fillings, extractions, prosthetics, and oral lesion treatment Promote preventive dental practices and educate patients Diagnose and manage oral health conditions Maintain accurate patient records Collaborate with dental staff and refer complex cases as needed Participate in quality improvement and clinic initiatives What you'll bring: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active Texas dental license and BLS certification Strong clinical skills and experience with preventive and corrective dentistry Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with patients and team Commitment to community-based care and professional development All employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen, background check and proof of current seasonal influenza vaccination, as part of our commitment to patient and staff safety.
