The practice is well-run w/ full support staff and a strong base of existing/returning patients andamp; a significant number of new patients each month to allow new associates plenty of opportunity to grow! There is an in-house Orthodontist to drive the general production, as well.
The compensation is highly competitive, depending on years of experience and skill sets. Most of our current associates’ take home is over $1000 a day. Compensation is at 32% of collection. There will be a guarantee salary of $1,000 daily for the first 6 months to help you transition into the position. The right candidate will have an excellent earning potential.
Please note that the position will require working some weekend monthly.
