Old Betsy Dental is looking for an associate dentist to join our Keene location four days per week. We’re a growing, privately owned dental group serving communities south of Fort Worth, and we’re looking for someone who is clinically strong, personable, dependable, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. This is a great opportunity for a dentist who wants a busy practice, a strong team, and the ability to practice with more autonomy than they may find in a large corporate environment. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a dentist who: * Connects well with patients and makes people feel comfortable * Is confident with bread-and-butter restorative dentistry * Has strong clinical judgment and takes pride in their work * Is easygoing, collaborative, and treats team members well * Is dependable and productive in a busy practice * Wants to continue improving clinically * Is interested in finding a practice where they can stay and grow Experience is preferred, but personality, clinical ability, and overall fit matter more to us than simply how many years you’ve been practicing.
