Panhandle Dental of Dimmitt
Job Description
About the Practice
Stepping into this well-established dental practice, you'll become part of a team that has built a strong reputation for exceptional patient care and a collaborative work environment. Operating as both a PPO and fee-for-service office, the practice consistently welcomes between 40 and 50 new patients each month, ensuring a steady and predictable schedule with strong production opportunities right from the start. The team is close-knit and supportive, composed of one hygienist, three experienced dental assistants, and three dedicated front office professionals, all working together to deliver a seamless experience for every patient. Transparency is at the core of the office culture—financial and production data are openly shared through Dentrix Ascend and Jarvis Analytics, allowing every team member to understand and contribute to the practice’s ongoing success. The office is equipped with advanced technology to support high-quality, efficient care. CBCT 3D imaging and a Trios 5 intraoral scanner provide precise diagnostics, while intraoral cameras in every operatory and a DSLR camera ensure clear documentation and patient communication. A diode laser enhances treatment options and comfort, and the integrated Dentrix Ascend and Jarvis Analytics systems streamline practice management and reporting. Together, these tools empower the team to deliver consistent, cutting-edge dental care in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
