Office hours are Monday – Thursday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
Familiarity of computers, CBCT, Denticon dental management software and intraoral scanners (iTero) are ideal but not required. Generous compensation packages based upon experience.

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or Higher
• Trained and certified in the dental assisting field
• Two or more years of clinical experience in a dental practice
• High Level of Ability to Lead and Manage others
Dental Assistant Basic Description

Clinical Tasks:
* Maintain patient comfort and be sensitive to patient’s real or imagined fear
* Maintain exceptional manual dexterity
* Possess exceptional human relation skills
* Ability to complete tasks within time frame
* Do chart preps and review route slips prior to seeing patients
* Keep abreast of and follow OSHA regulations
* Oil hand pieces and sterilize according to manufacturer’s guidelines
* Empty trash, suction traps and run cleaner through suction daily
* Introduce patient to doctor
* Escort patient into treatment room
* Make temporizes and custom trays
* Maintain all lab supplies and equipment in an orderly, clean condition
* Perform all expanded duties allowed by state law and keep the necessary CE requirements up to date
* Educate new team members as to the location of supplies, equipment, and materials
* Perform four-handed assisting and delegated expanded duties
* Provide comprehensive post-op instructions
* Wear gloves, masks, eye protections, lab coats with every patient as well as utility gloves when handling contaminated instruments
* Check that treatment rooms are ready, stocked, and clean at the beginning of each appointment
* Anticipate and assist dentist’s needs at all times
* Accurately chart all procedures, record date, and services rendered
* Perform clinical procedures as state laws allow
* Completely and accurately fill out lab slips for lab work to be done.
* Contact lab for pick up and delivery and be sure cases are sent to the correct lab
* Keep scheduled filled by working the Quick fill list calling each unscheduled patient once a month for 3 months, then deleting
