We are seeking an experienced, patient-focused dental professional to join a growing, multi-doctor practice serving a diverse range of general and specialty needs, including implants and orthodontics (Invisalign). This full-time opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and is eager to contribute to a productive, well-organized, and patient-centered team. Our practice sees a strong mix of mature adult crown and bridge, implants, and cosmetics. The ideal candidate will be confident in general and restorative dentistry, with a strong interest in comprehensive treatment planning, patient education, and delivering high-quality care. Experience with cosmetic dentistry and implant restoration is highly valued, and the ability to place implants is an advantage, though not required. We are looking for a professional who is hungry for growth, enjoys using open exam opportunities to identify treatment needs, and can maintain a low complication rate while achieving high patient evaluation scores. Strong communication skills, a dependable work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting are essential. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a positive demeanor, and a commitment to outstanding customer service. Preferred technical experience includes dental charting, patient records, scheduling, treatment planning, Dentrix, Microsoft Office, Cerec restorations, intraoral camera use, iTero scanning, NOMAD Pro, and digital X-rays. Comfort working with multi-doctor workflows and PPO/private insurance environments is important. Qualifications include a dental doctoral degree from an accredited school, an active Texas dental license, regional board eligibility, and all required credentials such as DEA and NPI. We are seeking someone with 3–5 years of experience who demonstrates professionalism, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to multi-task effectively.
