Well Established, Patient Focused, Dental Practice Seeks Either Part-Time or Full-Time Associate Dentist We are a well-established, patient focused, general dentistry practice with a solid patient base and a proven track record of over 30-years providing gentle, affordable, family dental care. Fee for service with zero PPOs or in-network insurance plans. We are seeking an Associate Provider to expand our production and services: The scheduling of days and specific hours are flexible to adapt to one’s individual available days and schedule. Excellent benefits and incentives. This position has the opportunity for a partnership for the right candidate seeking a full-time position. Desirable skills would include, but not limited to: Anterior, premolar, and molar endo, surgical and non-surgical extractions, socket preservation, implant placement and restoration, and other advanced training procedures such as perio surgery/grafting, crown lengthening, Invisalign, sleep studies, TMJ therapy, etc... Equipment and Technology: Industry leading Planmeca Cone Beam 3D X-Ray Equipment, Planmeca Planmill 35S, CEREC Crowns and Veneers, Solea and Biolase Waterlase Lasers, SprintRay Pro55S and MIDAS 3D Printers, Dentrix and Romexis Dental Software. Compensation: Compensation based on percentage of adjusted production minus lab fees (open to discussion). Guarantee, plus percentage of adjusted production commensurate with clinical skills and procedure mix- (open to discussion). Sign-on bonus and Relocation bonus. Located in the Foothills of the Western Piedmont region of NC in downtown Lenoir: This area consists of a large 4 - City population base known as the “Unifour Area.” These 4 cities are Lenoir, Hickory, Morganton and Taylorsville, which are approximately 20 minutes’ drive from each other. The “Unifour” counties are: Catawba, Caldwell, Burke and Alexander. Geographically, we are in the Foothills Region of the Blue Ridge Mountains just 20 minutes’ drive to Blowing Rock, and 30 minutes to Newton, Conover, Wilkesboro and Boone NC. We are approximately one hour from Statesville and one and a half hours’ drive from Charlotte and Winston-Salem.
