Individuals must love dentistry and desire long-term employment that is not just a job but a career. We would highly prefer at least 1+ years RDA chair side assisting experience but are open to an RDA that is newer with a few years chair side experience as a dental assistant. Competitive Benefits Include: - Health Insurance (Monthly Medical Stipend) - In-house Dental Services (Employee discount of services) - Retirement Plan - 5-days Sick Pay/Year - PTO (Up to 2-weeks Paid Vacation per Year) - Annual Profit Sharing - Direct Deposit - Beautiful, state-of-the-art office in a vibrant shopping center with plenty of parking Schedule: (Full Time - Must be able to work all days and times listed below) Tuesday – Thursday: 8:45am – 5:30pm Friday: 8am – 3:30pm Saturday: 8am – 2:30pm (3 Saturdays per month) Job Requirements: · 1+ years RDA chairside experience highly preferred or an RDA that is newer with a few years direct patient chairside experience as a dental assistant · RDA license required · X-ray Certification is required · Sub-licenses/certificates: Coronal Polish, CPR, Sealants, 8-hour Infection Control, etc. required · High comfort level with temporary crowns highly preferred · Knowledge of Open Dental software a plus · Presentable and professional · Must be able to work by the book and follow OSHA standards while provided top-notch patient care · Must have high energy and be a motivator. · Excellent work ethic with past employer verifiable references · Be able to take direction and accept constructive criticism · Be great with people and adapt to all personality types · Be willing to help grow our practice · An outgoing, positive, and friendly personality that can offer our patients a concierge patient experience · Must be able to pay close attention to detail and take accountability · Live within a reasonable commuting distance with reliable transportation · Confident, go-getter, and a team player Job Type: Full-time Application Question(s): What is your asking hourly pay rate?
