We are currently seeking a skilled and organized Front Office Administrator with insurance experience to join our team. Job Description: As the Front Office Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for patients, managing front desk operation while ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. Your role will also involve handling insurance verification, claims processing, and billing inquiries. Key responsibilities: *greet and check-in patients, managing appointment schedules and patient records. *Verify dental insurance coverage and benefits prior to patient visits. *Process insurance claims accurately and follow up on outstanding claims. *Handle patient patient billing, payments, and financial arrangements. *Maintain clear communications with patients , insurance companies, and dental staff. *Mange incoming calls, emails, and patient inquiries promptly and professionally. *Assist with administrative tasks such as filing , data entry, and maintaining office supplies. Qualifications: * Minimum 2 years experience working in a dental office preferred. *Strong Knowledge of dental insurance plans, claim procedures, and billing practices. *Excellent organizational and multitasking skills *Professional and friendly demeanor with strong communication skills. *Proficient in dental office software and Microsoft Office. *Ability to handle confidential patient information with discretion.
