Cornerstone Dental Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lead Registered Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the dentist in providing exceptional patient care and ensure the smooth operation of the dental practice. Key Responsibilities: - Assist dentists during various procedures, including examinations, fillings, and extractions. - Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment in compliance with health and safety regulations. - Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed. - Educate patients on oral hygiene care and post-treatment instructions. - Maintain accurate patient records and manage appointment schedules. - Ensure a clean and organized workspace and waiting area. - Support front office staff with administrative tasks as needed. - Stay informed about new dental technologies and procedures. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a dental assistant program is preferred. - Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license. - Proven experience in a dental practice is an advantage. - Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach toward patient care. - Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. - Proficient in dental software and digital radiography.
