Our busy, growing, fee-for-service dental office is looking for the perfect front office position. We offer 5 star customer service in a warm and caring environment. Our team loves connecting with our patients and fostering relationships so that we can help every patient with their individual dental needs and move them towards great oral health. Our goal is to always handle all the details of our active practice with grace, a smile and a “happy to do it” attitude. We are serious about our commitment to working hard and are dedicated to making our practice as successful as can be, but we also love to laugh and play. We are waiting for a long-term team member who will fit in with our culture and add value to our office and family atmosphere. This front office position is full-time Monday to Thursday 7:30am-5pm. Dental front office experience is a MUST, as is Dentrix proficiency. Requirements: • Must have 2+ years of experience in dental field as front office staff • Dentrix proficiency is a must • Ability to multitask in a busy office environment • Superior customer service skills • Must be friendly, outgoing, happy, and a great team worker who gets along well with others • Reliable and hard-working • Basic computer knowledge, including Excel Duties include: • Greeting patients • Updating medical history • Checking patients in and out • Accepting payments and collections • Recall and Recare calls • Insurance verification • Scheduling appointments • Answering multiple telephone lines • Accepting payments and collections • Maintaining clean and professional office environment Compensation and Benefits: • Compensation based on experience. • Paid vacation & paid holidays • Benefits available. • 401-k retirement plan and profit sharing available for full-time employees • Uniforms (scrubs) provided If our team sounds like a good fit for you, and you have the skills and attitude we need, we are looking forward to meeting you!
