This role centers on preventive care, education, and building trusted patient relationships. Our hygienists have a respected voice in shaping treatment plans and work with modern operatories and digital tools. What You’ll Do ⁃ Provide cleanings, periodontal therapy, fluoride, and preventive care ⁃ Educate patients on oral health strategies and long-term care ⁃ Document treatment and maintain accurate records ⁃ Collaborate with dentists, assistants, and the in-house perio specialist ⁃ Support efficient daily clinical flow and patient satisfaction What You’ll Bring ⁃ Active NH Dental Hygiene License (required) ⁃ At least 1 year of experience preferred (new grads welcome) ⁃ Strong communication and patient-centered mindset ⁃ Team-first approach and commitment to prevention Compensation & Benefits ⁃ $45.00–$60/hour plus quarterly bonuses ($1,500+/quarter) ⁃ Full benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, CE, and tuition reimbursement Location
