Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing private dental practice in Spring. ***PLEASE INCLUDE RESUME /WORK HISTORY **** Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and set up treatment rooms for dental procedures - Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures - Take and develop dental X-rays - Sterilize dental instruments and ensure proper infection control - Prepare dental materials, impressions, and models - Educate patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene - Maintain patient records and charting in accordance with office protocols - Manage and organize inventory of dental supplies - Ensure smooth patient flow and assist with patient scheduling - Ensure compliance with dental and medical office regulations Qualifications: - Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in Texas -CPR Certification -Good communication skills and a positive, strong, customer service ethic is a must -Strong multi-tasker -Teachable spirit and a team player -Bilingual a plus -Ability to work in fast pace environment -Experience with Eaglesoft a plus -Health Ins -Paid holidays and PTO
