As an integral part of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of patient care and enhancing the patient experience. We are currently seeking a part-time Front Office Coordinator to join our growing practice. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in a dental front office setting, including skills in customer service, insurance verification, patient charting, and treatment planning. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Open Dental is software is essential. In this role, you will handle scheduling, patient records management, and patient recall while communicating effectively with both patients and team members. We value cross-training and offer opportunities for personal and professional growth, both clinically and at the front desk. A lunch break of 1 hour is provided, and convenient parking is available.
