JOB POSTING: 22 AUGUST 2025 POSITION: Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator Salary: *To be determined* Reports To: Practice Manager Expires: September 21, 2025 DESCRIPTION We are seeking to hire an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator for our Columbus, Georgia location. This location operates 4 – 5 days a month. Experience as a treatment coordinator is preferred. We are willing to train a friendly, motivated, energetic person to join our team. If training is required, it will start with training pay. Once training is completed, maximum salary + incentives will be offered. We recommend a local individual for this position. QUALIFICATIONS • A high school diploma or GED is the minimum requirement. • Strong communication, empathy, and customer service skills are crucial for building rapport with patients and explaining complex treatment and financial information. • The ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain records, schedule appointments, and handle various administrative duties is essential. • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and dental practice management software, are expected. • Understanding orthodontic procedures, terminology, and treatment plans inspires patient confidence. • Knowledge of insurance, financial arrangements, and treatment agreements is vital for managing the financial aspects of care. • The ability to effectively explain treatment options and address patient objections can help patients accept the recommended treatment. • A proactive and resourceful approach to address patient concerns and resolve issues is highly valued. • A willingness to continue educating oneself on new orthodontic techniques and office procedures is important for growth.
