General Dentist – Fayetteville, NC Modern, Fully Equipped Practice | Comprehensive Care | Supportive Team Environment A well-established dental practice in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a skilled General Dentist to join their patient-centered team. This is a full-time opportunity in a modern, fully equipped office designed to support a wide range of general dentistry services. About the Position – Monday–Friday schedule – Collaborative 2-doctor practice model – General dentistry with opportunities for implant placement (office equipped with Pan) – 8 operatories with a strong clinical support team, including 2 hygienists and 2 dental assistants – Patient base primarily includes cash and insured patients (no Medicaid) – Average of 12–15 patients per day, plus hygiene checks Compensation & Benefits – Daily minimum guarantee transitioning to 30–32% of adjusted production – PTO with paid holidays – Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, AD&D, and Short- & Long-Term Disability – 401(k) retirement plan About the Location Fayetteville, NC, is a dynamic city in southeastern North Carolina, best known as the home of Fort Liberty (formerly Fort Bragg), one of the largest military installations in the world.
