Description

We are looking for an experienced, motivated and welcoming Front Office team player for our Palm Harbor dental office with at least 2 years Dental experience who will treat our patients like family. Work days are Mon-Thurs and an occasional Friday. Duties include: Accounts Receivables End of the month reports Monitoring patient compliance with payment plans, Knowledge of Dental Insurance and ability to read an EOB Follow up on unpaid claims Review Pre-Authorization and contacting patients Monitoring patient compliance with payment plans Effective follow up and claim rebilling Excellent documentation skills within practice software Front Desk support to include, but not limited to: End of the month reports Scheduling Opening and closing Check patients in and out Compensation based on and reflects experience and responsibilities.
