We are seeking a skilled Remote Dental Collections Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong dental billing knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. -Manage and resolve outstanding patient and insurance balances -Review aging reports and follow up on unpaid claims/accounts -Contact patients regarding outstanding balances in a professional, compassionate manner. -Communicate with insurance companies to resolve claim denials or delays. -Post adjustments, process payments, and maintain accurate account documentation. -Collaborate with dental office teams to resolve account discrepancies and ensure timely collections. -Meet daily/weekly productivity and collection goals. -Maintain compliance with HIPAA and company policies. Qualifications: -2+ years of dental billing/collections experience required. -Knowledge of dental insurance processes, CDT coding, verifications, and EOBs -Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, WinOMS, Softdent, Oryx, or similar) -Strong organizational and time management skills. -Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. -Ability to work independently in a remote setting with reliable internet access. -Positive and supportive team culture
