Endodontist – Durham, NC Full-Time | Modern Facility | Competitive Compensation A well-established and highly respected endodontic practice in Durham, NC is seeking a skilled Endodontist to join their collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a modern, patient-focused environment supported by advanced technology and a strong referral base. About the Position – Full-time schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM – Broad scope of endodontic procedures, including GentleWave UltraCleaning, root canals, retreatments, apicoectomies, cracked teeth, and traumatic injuries – Equipped with advanced technology, including a Cone Beam CT scanner – Work alongside an experienced and supportive clinical team – Enjoy clinical autonomy while delivering exceptional patient care Compensation & Benefits – Compensation: 43% of collections – Student Loan Support: $2,000/month for the first year during ramp-up – Relocation Assistance: Negotiable – Continuing Education: $2,500 annual CE allowance for courses, travel, and training – Paid Time Off: Four (4) weeks annually – Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, disability, HSA/FSA, legal assistance, identity protection, pet insurance, and more – Malpractice Insurance: Fully covered, claims-based – Clinical Support: Premium supplies, instruments, and lab services provided at no cost to the provider About Durham, NC Located in the heart of the Research Triangle, Durham is known for its thriving healthcare and technology sectors, vibrant arts and culture scene, and rich history.
