Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience
• Patient-focused, with a genuine interest in forming lasting relationships
• Eager to learn and grow clinically and professionally
• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active (or in progress) Utah Dental License
• Ability to maintain state-required malpractice insurance
