Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services to a diverse PPO and cash patient base
• Collaborate closely with a seasoned office manager, hygienists, assistants, and an administrative team who are committed to patient care and practice growth
• Support current patient demand while contributing new ideas to practice expansion and efficiency
• Opportunity to help shape and grow the practice’s future specialty offerings

Practice Overview:

• Location: Northern Virginia
• Average production: $2.2 million
• Number of Operatories: 15 (with room to build out additional operatories)
• Insurance: PPO/FFS
• Established Patient Base

Position Details:

• Annual Earning Potential: $200,000.00-$300,000.00
• Schedule: 4 days per week (No weekends)
