We’re seeking a driven and compassionate dentist who excels in a high-volume practice and is dedicated to delivering exceptional preventive, cosmetic, and reconstructive care to patients of all ages. The ideal candidate is confident in a wide range of procedures and has an approachable, engaging personality that makes every patient feel valued and understood. What We Offer:

• $250,000–$300,000+ High-income potential
• Base salary during initial credentialing period
• PPO/FFS/Cash-only practice model

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
• Strong communication skills, patient-focused, and personable
• Valid state dental license (or in the process of obtaining)
