What You’ll Do:

• Comprehensive Orthodontic Care: Lead and deliver high-quality orthodontic services, including open and surgical cases, with an average of 50-60 surgical cases per year.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and collaborate with a dedicated team of 4 Registered Dental Assistants (RDAs) to ensure an efficient and positive work environment.
• Patient Relationships: Build long-term, trusting relationships with patients, educate them on treatment options, and deliver the best care while treating them like family.
• Practice Growth: Help drive the practice’s growth by maintaining high standards of care, contributing to production goals, and building a loyal patient base.

Practice Stats:

• Total Revenue: $2.3 million annually
• Patient Volume: 50-60 patients per day, with 35-40 starts per month
• Offices: 2 locations—Orange Park (built in 1981) and Fleming Island (opened in 2012)
• Technology: 4 iTero scanners, 1 CBCT, 1 Pan-Ceph combo for advanced orthodontic care
• Team: 4 RDAs, 5 clinical ops with open bays
