Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator and Insurance Billing Coordinator Job Summary The Treatment Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care and support throughout their treatment journey. This position involves coordinating patient treatment plans, managing patient payments, and facilitating communication between patients and their orthodontist. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of orthodontic terminology and insurance billing processes to effectively assist in the management of patient care. Orthodontic or Dental Front Office Experience is required. Who we are: Dr. Kendra Manning is a Board-Certified Orthodontist with offices in The Woodlands and Montogmery. With over 20 years of experience, she works diligently to provide all of her patients with the most amazing smiles possible. The opportunity: 32-35 hour a week Treatment Coordinator and Insurance Billing Coordinator Competitive compensation $20-27/hr depending on experience Eligible for merit-based bonus 401K, paid holidays and paid time off after one year The role: Manage daily office operations including scheduling and patient flow Communicate with patients via phone, text, email, and in-person Present treatment plans and payment schedules Optimize schedule Verify insurance, file insurance, arrange financing, and process payment Follow up with patients Relay patient concerns to the clinical team Coordinate orthodontic duties with other members of the team
