Description

This position is a critical front-office position that has a material impact on all day-to-day operations, patient experience, and third parties who interact with our office and practice reputation. This position is often the first point of interaction on the phone and/or in-person with all individuals who receive services from, engage with, and/or solicit our office for services and/or business opportunities. This position impacts all practice team members and their ability to provide efficient and excellent care. It is one of our most important “front line” service positions and plays a critical role in how all who come in contact with our practice experience our commitment to exceptional patient care and business operations. Responsible for executing the dental office’s day-to-day operations which include patient check in/check out, concierge orders, maintaining patient records, scheduling patients, maintaining the appearance and order of the dental office, greeting of patient upon arrival and departure, and using our office’s dental software in connection with all duties and essential functions.
