Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) — Full Time (Tue–Fri) | Beautiful Oregon Coast $60–$70/hr (DOE; based on experience and benefits selected) + $2,500 incentive 4-day schedule | 60-min prophy apts | 90-min NP apts | Private Practice Located on the beautiful Oregon coast, our one-doctor practice has earned a trusted reputation for high-quality care and strong community involvement. Schedule & Office Hours Tuesday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pay & Incentive: Hourly Rate: $60–$70/hr (DOE; based on experience and benefits selected) Relocation & Hiring Incentive: We understand that moving to the Oregon Coast is a big decision, and we want to make it easier for the right candidate to join our team. We offer a $2,500 hiring incentive, structured to support both your transition and long-term success. For candidates relocating from outside the area, we are also open to discussing additional relocation support depending on experience and situation. Our goal is simple: if you’re the right fit for our team, we want to make the move as smooth and supported as possible.
