Great opportunity in River Oaks/Ft Worth area at a single provider, mainly PPO (no DMO), office with a patient flow of about 40 new patients per month! This position is great for an experienced dentist that is ready to hit the ground running or a newer dentist who is looking to build up proficiency with no shortage of patients to treat! We have 7 hygiene days with a full time and part time hygienist, 2 -3 assistants and 2 front office staff, so the team is fully ready to continue to grow the practice and help the new dentist succeed. The ideal candidate will be proficient in all aspect of general dentistry as well as proficient in Endo, extractions, implants (restoring or placing), and Invisalign. The office features: Newly renovated building Digital marketing to increase patient base iTero digital scanner for patient education, restorative, and Invisalign 5 operatories (3 doctor, 2 hygiene) Pano Surgical equipment if you place implants Wave One endo system Compensation: Daily Guarantee throughout duration of contract Collections based tiered compensation system Quarterly Profit Sharing with associate. If you produce $4000 - $5000 per day, you will make $275,000 - $400,000 + Great opportunity for someone looking for a long term position or even as a stepping stone if you want to transition to practice ownership in the future.
