Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Dental Assistant. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in dental assisting. Key Responsibilities: - Assist all providers during procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques (Endodontics, Periodontics, Implants, and Orthodontics) - Coordinate daily clinical operations to ensure adherence to infection control standards and office protocols - Facilitate communication between patients, providers, and support staff - Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment Qualifications and Experience: - Active RDA license - Experience in dental assisting, with a preference for those experienced in surgical and periodontal procedures - Strong knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and documentation - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to patient care and team support
