Houston Dentistry at Memorial is seeking a long-term, dedicated Office Manager to join our growing dental family! We take pride in treating our patients like family. Our team is dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming environment while providing the very best dental care with the latest technology. We’re looking for a Dental Office Manager who shares our passion for patient care and team support. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about dental hygiene, works well with others, and is committed to growing with our practice. Previous experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and thrive. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the dental office, ensuring efficiency and a positive patient experience. - Manage and support front desk and administrative staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management. - Coordinate patient scheduling, billing, insurance claims, and financial arrangements. Ensure compliance with dental regulations, HIPAA, and office policies. - Collaborate with the dentist(s) and clinical team to maintain smooth office flow. - Implement systems to improve patient satisfaction and operational efficiency. Qualifications - Previous experience in dental office management or healthcare management required. - Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and claims processing. - Experience with OpenDental is highly desired. - Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to outstanding patient care.
