General Dentist – near St. Louis, MO Full-Time | Family Practice | High-Income Potential A well-established and high-performing dental office in St. Louis suburb is seeking a skilled General Dentist to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a thriving practice with a full schedule, strong clinical support, and room for continued growth. About the Position – Full-time schedule: 4 days/week (preferred: Tuesday–Friday or Monday–Wednesday/Friday) – Full-scope general dentistry including:  – Anterior, premolar, and first molar endo  – Simple and surgical extractions  – Dentures and partials – Family-focused practice that sees a broad range of ages, including pre-teens – Patient mix includes Medicaid (with reimbursement rates comparable to PPO) and PPO insurance – 8 operatories (expanding to 11 in 2025) – Supported by 4 full-time hygienists – 2024 production goal: $4.5 million (on pace to achieve) Compensation & Benefits – $900/day guarantee for the first 5 months – 32% of net production starting month 6 – $10,000 sign-on bonus  – 50% paid at start  – 50% after 90 days – $2,000 CE allowance per year – Malpractice premium covered if added to practice policy (tail coverage not included) – 2 weeks unpaid vacation – Medical and vision coverage available for providers working 30+ hours/week – 401(k) offered (no match)
