TREATMENT PLANNING COORDINATOR We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our dental team. You will be responsible for coordinating treatment plans, educating patients on procedures and financial options, and ensuring smooth communication between patients and our clinical team. The ideal candidate is proactive and results-driven, someone who takes initiative, follows through, and gets things done. What We’re Looking For: To succeed in this role, you should be a finisher and doer—someone who sees tasks through, takes initiative, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks. Along with providing outstanding patient care, we are looking for: - A friendly, approachable personality - Spanish bilingual preferred - Excellent customer service skills - Punctual, proactive, adaptable, and a true team player with strong communication skills Key Responsibilities: - Educate patients on their treatment options, insurance benefits, and payment plans - Present the doctor’s diagnosis clearly, by phases or as a comprehensive treatment plan - Ensure copay accuracy and financial clarity for patients - Assist patients in understanding and coordinating their treatment plans - Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring efficient patient flow - Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records - Collaborate with doctors, dental assistants, and office managers to optimize scheduling and patient experience - Track, follow up, and close on pending or incomplete treatments - Process and record patient payments - Build strong, trusting relationships that encourage treatment acceptance Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience as a Treatment Coordinator - Prior experience in a dental office or customer service role is a MUST - Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team - Friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor - Proficiency with office software and dental management systems a plus If you take pride in being self-motivated, results-driven, and a team-oriented professional who helps patients get the care they need, we’d love to hear from you!
