General Dentist – 1 hour from Kansas City, MO Full-Scope Dentistry in a Supportive Community-Based Setting About the Position A well-established clinic roughly one hour from Kansas City is seeking a General Dentist to join its mission-driven team. This is a full-time position offering clinical autonomy and strong support in a collaborative outpatient setting. – Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM – No call, except for occasional emergency phone consults – Provide comprehensive dental care to adults and children: exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, basic restorative work, and uncomplicated root canals – Excellent work-life balance in a welcoming team environment Compensation & Benefits – $200,000 base salary – Health and dental insurance – Malpractice insurance provided – 401(k) retirement plan – CME allowance and paid time off – Relocation assistance and sign-on bonus – Eligible for loan repayment through NHSC – Visa sponsorships supported (J-1 and H-1B, including transfers) This opportunity is ideal for a compassionate general dentist looking to make a real difference in a supportive and connected community.
