Description

Patient/Treatment Coordinator needed for an established private practice in Pearland. Our patients need a knowledgeable friendly person who can explain their treatment to them and help them find the best financial option to get the smiles they deserve. We are looking for a self-motivated, positive, efficient, detail-oriented individual to join our team that can build trusting long-term relationships with our patients. The position requires the following: Presentation of treatment plans Assisting in managing patient flow Insurance verification Answering phones Scheduling and confirming patient’s appointments Greeting and checking in patients Checking out patients Collecting and posting payments Our office strives to offer the best customer service to our patients and their families. Applicants must be detail oriented, conscientious, reliable, dedicated, and have superb communication skills. Applicant must: -Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Dentistry -Be knowledgeable in current dental terminology (CDT) -Be knowledgeable on basic dental policies, procedures, and oral health issues -Have a strong foundation with Insurance billing: PPO and fee for service -Have a strong foundation with Treatment Plans: Entering, Estimating and presenting -Be proficient using Practice Management Software: Dentrix or EagleSoft This is an opportunity to join a friendly, caring office and be part of a great team.
