Growing practice in St. Charles looking to replace existing periodontist 1-2 days a month. Looking for experienced periodontist or general dentist that specializes in extractions and implants for our up-to-date office. New periodontist grads welcome. Our office takes 4 PPOs and fee-for-service. Looking to just come 1 day a month then expand as office expands (day of the week is flexible). Compensation negotiable of % of collections depending on experience.
