The Office Operations Manager supports the practiceand#39;s Business Operations Specialist (BOS) as a liaison and partner, together solving problems, creating value, improving growth, and maximizing business efficiency and profitability. The Operations Manager ensures the implemented fundamental systems and protocols are practiced daily and functioning effectively to reach practice goals. This individual is responsible for monitoring the systems set by the Practice BOS. Other duties include strategic planning and goal setting with the BOS and ensuring overall team efficiency and compliance within their role as well as spearheading marketing.
Responsibilities
HR - Onboarding, motivating and directing new hires to perform in alignment with the practices Standard of Care Act. Maintain a professional work environment, Submit payroll, analyze training needs, schedule team meetings and manage PTO requests.
LEADERSHIP AND PROFESSIONALISM
Represent the company in a professional, pleasant, and cooperative manner.
Gather information for reporting - Daily, Weekly, Monthly
Contribute to the development of each practice’s mission and strategic vision.
Act as the main point of contact between the practice and Business Operations Specialist, clearly and respectfully communicating the implementing needs and action plans provided by the BOS
Weekly calls with the practice’s BOS
Must be able to comfortably and efficiently handle multiple deadlines and task assignments for self and subordinates.
Must be able to work both independently and cooperatively in team setting
Maintains active follow up with patients who do not have a completed treatment plan or are overdue for their hygiene visit.
Answer phones and check patients in on arrival

Completes Monthly Office Spreadsheet
Manages Calendar Planning for the office
