Permanent Dental Assistant – Bay Shore, NY We’re seeking a Dental Assistant to join a supportive, patient-focused clinic in Bay Shore, NY. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual who wants to grow their career and be part of a strong dental team. Position Details Start Date: ASAP Schedule: • Monday–Friday | 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM • Saturday | 8:45 AM – 2:00 PM • Alternating Wednesdays and Saturdays Compensation: $19–$27/hour (based on experience) Responsibilities Assist dentist during exams, treatments, and procedures Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment areas Support patients throughout their visit with excellent chairside manner Maintain accurate and compliant patient records Requirements Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred Oral surgery experience a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills Team player with a patient-first approach Why Join Us?
