We are looking for a full-time RDA to join our team! We are a really fast paced office with an extremely positive atmosphere. We need someone who is a team player who is also open to being a leader when the opportunity presents itself. Our office is cosmetically driven and we strive to provide great service and attention to detail. Hours are 9am - 5pm, M - Th and 7am-3pm, Friday. Prior experience is preferred, but not required. Dental Assistant duties: - Provide superior chair-side clinical support to Doctors and Hygienists by charting, patient education, operatory set-up and clean-up - Manage patient flow by responding to changes, prioritizing the next operatory and updating the providers on patient status - Welcome patients and ensure positive patient experience - Take X-Rays - Perform friendly patient hand-offs - Enter and update patient treatment plans at the direction of the treating Doctor using Dentrix - Complete sterilization processes for equipment and operatory - Monitor all laboratory cases and ensure they are ready for the next day's schedule
