Bradley, DMD, MS, is seeking someone like you to join our dedicated and upbeat orthodontic team as our next sterilization tech. Job title: Sterilization Technician What is a sterilization tech? As an entry-level staff member, you will serve as our lead in office cleanliness. The sterilization tech preps our 8 orthodontic chairs between each patient visit and sanitizes all dental tools and technology in a timely manner. This key role keeps our patients and staff safe. Responsibilities: • Follow industry protocols to clean and sterilize dental instruments and work stations. • Monitor and operate sterilization equipment. • Stock sterilization supplies. • Deliver and support an efficient workflow with our clinical assistants. Qualifications: No prior training or experience necessary! The right person will receive on-site training.
