Job Title: Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Location: Charlotte – University Area About Us: At Dasling Dentistry, located in the Charlotte University area, we focus on Complete Health Dentistry, emphasizing how oral health connects to overall health. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming environment where every patient feels valued. We are seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist who is passionate about prevention, education, and patient-centered care to join our growing team. Position Overview: The Registered Dental Hygienist plays a vital role in supporting our mission of complete health by providing high-quality hygiene services, educating patients on the link between oral and systemic health, and building long-term patient relationships. Responsibilities: • Provide dental prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and non-surgical periodontal therapy (SRP) • Take radiographs and intraoral photos as needed • Educate patients on proper home care, disease prevention, and overall health connections • Perform periodontal charting and documentation accurately in Dentrix Ascend • Work closely with the dentist and team to ensure comprehensive patient care • Maintain sterilization and infection control standards • Assist with patient communication, scheduling, and follow-up when needed Qualifications: • Current North Carolina Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license (required) • Local anesthesia certification (preferred) • Excellent clinical, communication, and patient education skills • Compassionate, team-oriented, and dependable • Experience with Dentrix Ascend preferred but not required (training provided) What We Offer: • Competitive pay based on experience • Health and dental benefits • Paid time off and holidays • Supportive, team-oriented work environment • Monday–Thursday schedule (no Fridays or weekends) Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Thursday How to Apply: If you are a caring and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist who is passionate about patient education and complete health, we’d love to meet you!
