Busy Mooresville Endodontic practice (Mooresville Endodontics) is currently seeking a part-time or full-time Front Desk Associate and Dental Assistant. Monday through Thursday 10am-3:30pm. Experience in endodontics preferred, but not required. We have a friendly, patient-focused and energetic team that is waiting for you! The qualified candidate must be professional, responsible and dependable. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated computer proficiency. Front desk skills: • Registering and scheduling patients • Answer phones promptly and courteously • Prepare patient digital record accurately and maintain updated information on each patient The Assistant’s job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Assist doctor with all chair-side dental procedures • Take x-rays when needed • Ensure patient comfort • Maintain a sterilized work environment • Review patient chart prior to patient arrival and accurately document patient data during exam and treatment • Maintain updated information on file for each patient • Maintain office inventory Interested candidates should reply to this posting by forwarding your resume for review.
