Eligible for CE and malpractice stipend after 90 days of employment. Who We’re Looking For A dentist who is genuine, charismatic, and patient-centered. Someone who feels confident presenting treatment findings and guiding patients toward acceptance. A team player who collaborates well with hygienists, assistants, and front-office staff. Clinically skilled and ready to provide high-quality dentistry in a family-friendly environment. Requirements DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental program. Active Texas dental license (or eligibility to obtain). Minimum 2 years of experience preferred (newer grads considered with strong communication and clinical confidence). Proficiency in general dentistry; comfort with pediatrics (ages 10+). Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills. Familiarity with dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Epic, or similar) preferred. Commitment to infection control and HIPAA compliance.
