At Beacon Dentistry in Weatherford, we’ve built a practice where hygienists can truly thrive. Our new 12-operatory facility is fully equipped and maintained so that every room functions the way it should. Each operatory includes a Cavitron, prophy handpiece, and NuBird, with convenient access to scanners and lasers. Hygienists enjoy 90 minutes for new-patient visits and 60 minutes for recare appointments—because providing exceptional care shouldn’t feel rushed. Our out-of-network model allows us to focus on quality and relationships rather than volume, and collaboration is at the heart of what we do. You’ll work alongside five experienced hygienists who share ideas, support one another, and uphold the highest standards of teamwork and professionalism. Along with a competitive base salary, our hygienists receive performance-based bonuses that recognize their hard work and commitment. We currently have 4.5 days of additional hygiene available, which may be covered by one or two new team members—offering flexibility for the right fit.
