 General Dentist – State College, PA 16803 Proxi Dental Staffing is hiring a full-time General Dentist to join a thriving private-pay practice in State College, PA. Position Highlights ⁃ $50,000 sign-on bonus ⁃ $800–$1,000/day base + 34–36% adjusted production ⁃ Advanced tech: CBCT, Trios scanner, 3M Aligner Orthodontics ⁃ Established two-doctor, three-hygienist practice ⁃ Majority private-pay patient base with steady new patient flow ⁃ Mentorship for implants and clear aligner cases Schedule ⁃ Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 7:30–4:30 ⁃ Tuesday: 9:00–6:00 ⁃ One Friday per month: 8:00–3:00 Requirements ⁃ DDS/DMD degree and active (or eligible) PA dental license ⁃ Experience with implants and clear aligners preferred ⁃ Strong patient communication and clinical skills About the Opportunity
