Dentist (DDS, DMD) – Little Rock, AR 72201 Full-Time General Dentist – Practice Autonomy & Loan Repayment Eligible (Gould & Dumas, AR) DePaul Community Health Centers is hiring a General Dentist to serve patients in Gould and Dumas, Arkansas—two established practices located about 10 minutes apart. This is a rewarding opportunity for a Little Rock-area dentist seeking career stability, autonomy, and meaningful community impact within an easy drive from the metro area. What You’ll Love ⁃ $210,000 annual salary with production and signing bonuses ⁃ NHSC-eligible site with potential loan repayment programs ⁃ Monday–Friday schedule, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. (no weekends) ⁃ Modern, recently renovated facility with Dentrix EHR and 4 operatories ⁃ Strong PTO policy + 10 paid company holidays ⁃ $1,500 annual CE allowance + 5 paid CE days ⁃ 401(k) with match and full medical, dental, and vision benefits ⁃ Option for new-grad training with DePaul’s New Orleans team About the Role You’ll step into a renovated clinic (updated in 2022) with an existing patient base and the flexibility to shape your team and systems. The scope includes comprehensive general dentistry—from preventive and restorative care to extractions and oral surgery. Molar endo can be referred as preferred. What You’ll Do ⁃ Provide high-quality comprehensive care for adults and some pediatrics ⁃ Perform exams, fillings, crowns, extractions, and RCTs ⁃ Oversee and guide support staff hiring and daily operations ⁃ Engage with patients and community partners to promote oral health What You’ll Bring ⁃ DDS or DMD from an accredited program ⁃ Active Arkansas license (or eligibility) ⁃ Team-oriented approach and community-minded values Location This position is based in Gould & Dumas, AR, approximately 70 miles southeast of Little Rock—a comfortable commute for those in the metro area looking for rural practice experience, lower cost of living, and a genuine community connection.
