Description The short version: Receptionist EagleSoft experience required Bonus system according to production Dental benefits offered (no medical/retirement yet) Knowledge of regulatory compliance issues (OSHA, TWC, HIPAA, etc.) Non-smoking, non-job-hopping candidates only need apply Office: Solo general dental practice The long version: We are looking for an EXPERIENCED (2+ years in a dental office), dynamic, and motivated front office team member for a solo, dentist- owned general office in Rockwall. The office is a PPO & fee for service, family practice with wonderful patients of all ages and has a friendly, hard-working team. This position is full-time. Our patient-appointment hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Friday. Our goal is for our patients to be well-cared-for, with everyone on the team getting the hours they want while maintaining a work/life balance. So, we need your help to keep the front office area operating swimmingly and running smoothly. The ideal candidate will be customer service oriented, non-smoker, organized, and motivated; must be familiar with Eaglesoft and provide superior aptitude in presenting treatment plans, scheduling patients, and processing insurance claims. Helping out with Dental Assisting from time to time could be a big plus, too. We are seeking someone with a consistently-cheerful, professional, and honoring demeanor with *everyone* (whether a person is a dentist, a patient, a co-worker, the delivery guy, or his second-cousin's former roommate from prison in Pelagie). We are looking for the best, and we are ready to fill the position right away. We require at least 2 years of DENTAL OFFICE experience.
