Our ideal candidate is: - current on the latest technologies and diagnostic tools, and pursues continuing education with a passion. - has a strong knowledge of periodontal protocols and a desire to be a restorative partner with the doctor - driven to prioritize patient care based on the most important needs of the visit; periodontal, functional, or esthetics - a great communicator and meticulous when it comes to patient notes as well as follow-through on patient care - reliable, conscientious, and willing to jump in where help is needed Along with all of the above, it is paramount that you lead with compassion. Our patients are an extension of our family and, as such, we seek a dental hygienist who has a genuine interest in getting to know each patient as a human. You must be engaging, empathetic, knowledgeable, and able to meet our patients “where they are” with their dental health.
