We're currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our close-knit team. What You’ll Do Perform periodontal screenings and assess oral health Provide thorough dental cleanings and periodontal therapies Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care techniques, and disease prevention Take and review digital X-rays and intraoral photos Maintain accurate patient records and charting in Dentrix Ascend (experience a plus) Assist with sterilization and infection control procedures Work closely with dentists and team members to ensure high-quality patient care What We’re Looking For A current and active RDH license (or eligible for state licensure) CPR certification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits Experience with Dentrix Ascend is a plus, but not required Familiarity with digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, and modern hygiene tools A team player with a positive, can-do attitude Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Retirement plan with 3% employer match Paid time off & paid holidays Employee dental discount Supportive team culture and flexible work schedule
